Analyze Your Motives If you understand why you are selling, you can set priorities which will put you in a better position to get what you need out of the sale.
For example, if you need to close as quickly as possible, a buyer who can give you a quick closing may be more valuable to you than a buyer who can offer you more money but is on a different time frame.
